Judith T. Angeles, DMD

Dr. Judith Angeles is a second generation Dentist. She earned her dental degree from Centro Escolar University, finishing near top of her class. She is known to be very caring and genuinely concerned for her patients. Dr. Angeles' leadership sets the bar in offering optimal dental care in a comfortable setting. She has two wonderful daughters, Justine and Bernice.

Quyen Bach, DMD

Dr. Quyen Bach is a General Dentist who has a passion for esthetic restorative dentistry. She earned her BS Biology at UCLA and her dental degree from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Her patients appreciate her for her calming nature and her attention to detail.  She is engaged to Chris, a practicing Dentist in the East Bay. Her favorite quote is Ralph Waldo Emerson's: "To leave the world a little bit better... to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - that is to have succeeded."

Justine Angeles-Pasalo, DMD

Dr. Justine Pasalo is a third generation Dentist who prides herself on patient education and compassionate care. She earned her dental degree from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, following in her mother's footsteps and graduating near top of her class and as a member of OKU national dental honor society. Previous to joining the practice, she completed a Masters in Public Health and worked in various community health clinics. In her spare time, she likes to bake and spend time with her husband, James (a Physician at Highland Hospital), and their pup, June (a Blue Heeler). 

Krystel Sembrano-Archer

Krystel is our ever-so-pleasant Treatment Coordinator.  She does an excellent job of explaining the treatment recommendations and helping the patients through their journey of optimal dental health . Krystel is a transplant to the East Bay from Las Vegas. On her spare time, she enjoys creating leis and bracelets. She is a devoted mom to her cute daughter, Jaelynn.

Candy Reiserer

Candy does an outstanding job as our Insurance Coordinator. Her mission is to optimize dental care while maximizing insurance and minimizing cost. Her quiet cheerfulness and calm demeanor is valued both by her teammates and by the patients. Candy has three lovely daughters, Jessica, Lora and Sara.

Gissele Lopez Montoya

Gissele is the ever-so-friendly face that greets you at the front desk.  Her warm and cheerful demeanor endears her to our patients.  She has the uncanny ability to multi-task and remain unfazed by the multitude of items that she reliably accomplishes.  She will gladly help you find schedules that will work for you.  And she is that friendly voice that greets you when you call our office.

Olivia Simpson

Olivia's extensive years of experience as a Dental Assistant makes her an invaluable member of our dental team. She is efficient and highly dependable. You will find her to be an excellent listener. You can count on her to dispense clear instructions and a genuinely warm smile to boot.  Olivia is certainly the kind of person that not only makes you feel at home in our dental office... but also makes you want to return. :-)

Liz Valencia

Liz is our easy-going and self-motivated Dental Assistant. She is bi-lingual in Spanish. What makes her feel accomplished?  She feels most proud when our patients love their smiles and she knows that she helped make it happen. She thoroughly enjoys walks at the park and spending time with her family which includes, Rico, the young and handsome Blue Nosed Pitbull. 

Izamary Ramos-Chabre

Iza, as known to her friends, is our passionate Dental Assistant.  She exudes energy and is highly committed to her chosen profession. She does a remarkable job of explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to get done.  It also helps a lot of her our patients that she is bi-lingual in Spanish.  Got a tough question? No worries. If she doesn't know the answer herself, she will get for you from our accommodating dentists.

Dr. Angeles and staff provide a COVID-19 sanitized office, from booties for patients to every detail of Personal Protective Equipment for staff. Even more, Dr. Angeles is an expert at dental procedures, making them pain-free, comfortable and very efficient. She and her staff are welcoming, compassionate and kind.
